At Vober d.o.o., we have a modern CNC machine park that enables precise and reliable machining of metal components and industrial tools. Our CNC machine park includes a variety of machine tools that we use for milling, turning, erosion and other demanding machining processes.

The combination of modern equipment, experienced expertise and precise programming can guarantee high quality machining and stable production of technical components.

Machines in our CNC machine park

CNC milling

CNC milling machines enable precise machining of complex surfaces and geometries. We machine components up to 1250 × 650 mm and weigh up to 1000 kg.

CNC turning

CNC lathes allow the machining of rotating parts such as axles, shafts and other cylindrical components. We machine parts up to 400 mm in diameter and 750 mm in length.

CNC Sinking erosion

Immersion erosion makes it possible to produce complex shapes and internal geometries that cannot be achieved with conventional machining. We process components with dimensions up to 600 × 400 mm and weights up to 300 kg.

Wire erosion

Wire erosion allows very precise metalworking and the production of complex contours. We process components with dimensions up to 320 × 220 mm (Z 250 mm) and weights up to 300 kg.

Surface grinding

Surface grinding enables precise machining of flat surfaces and ensures a high quality finish. Components up to 350 × 700 mm are machined.

Preparation of technical data

Every project starts with a review of the technical documentation or 3D models. Based on this information, we determine the most suitable machining method and select the appropriate machines from our CNC machine park.

Depending on the geometry of the product and the required precision, we determine the optimal machining process, such as CNC milling, CNC turning or erosion. The correct choice of process ensures efficient production and high component quality.
